Fishermen is a term for people who play-act daily to catch fish or extra biota that flesh and blood on the bottom, column or surface of the water. The waters that become the place of protest of these fishermen can be fresh, brackish or sea water. In developing countries such as in Southeast Asia or in Africa, there are still many fishermen who use simple equipment in fishing. Fishermen in developed countries usually use objector equipment and large vessels equipped afterward advanced technology.
Eidman (1991) divides fishermen into two categories, namely cultivator fishermen and owner fishermen.
