Fishermen is a term for people who piece of legislation daily to catch fish or new biota that conscious upon the bottom, column or surface of the water. The waters that become the place of ruckus of these fishermen can be fresh, brackish or sea water. In developing countries such as in Southeast Asia or in Africa, there are still many fishermen who use simple equipment in fishing. Fishermen in developed countries usually use militant equipment and large vessels equipped in imitation of futuristic technology.
Eidman (1991) divides fishermen into two categories, namely cultivator fishermen and owner fishermen.
